Passed away Tuesday, December 27, 2011, at the age of 71. Visitation will be at Hodapp Funeral Home, 7401 Vine St., Carthage, Friday 5-8 p.m. Funeral service Saturday 10 a.m at the funeral home. The Norwood-Winton Carthage Lodge #576 F&AM and the Scottish Rite will have services Friday 7:30 p.m. James was a retired Cincinnati Police Officer and was a member of FOP #69.
